Dr. Toby Hu, our lead coach, brings over 12 years of experience in the IT industry, with hands-on leadership experience managing teams at a top IT company for the past 6+ years. He holds a Master’s degree from RWTH Aachen, Germany, and a PhD from the University of Toronto, providing a deep understanding of both technical and business aspects.
Dr. Hu has lived and worked in China, Germany, Canada, Singapore, and Hong Kong, offering a unique global perspective that enriches the coaching experience. His background in IT, including 12+ years of experience, gives him a profound understanding of the modern changes and trends in the technical world, making him uniquely qualified to coach professionals in tech-driven industries.
Dr. Hu is trained by the Coactive Training Institute (CTI) with over 100 hours of courses and accumulating coaching hours, and is currently pursuing the Certified Professional Coactive Coach (CPCC) certification. His hands-on leadership experience and commitment to continuous learning ensure that he can provide the most relevant and effective support to his clients.
